Annoyance
More and more websites look at the language the operating system is set and assume the user wants to view their website in that language. This can be a wrong assumption and annoying
It would be better leave the language in the language of the country the website is originating from and leave it up to the user to make a change
Since cookies are often deleted after the website is closed for privacy reasons it is advisable to make a setting if a login for the website is needed so the user can make its own language setting
