To make changes to a page visible immediately use the purge action to clear the cache of the page:
https://somewebsite.nl/index.php?title=somepage&action=purge

When you start a new line by pressing ENTER mediawiki creates a new paragraph
This can be avoided by adding a <br /> at the end of the line

Between the record lines a |+ line is needed
