Q: Why do you not inform the owner of the website of any issue found
A: We did and do inform owners of websites, products, software, services a lot

• We do inform the owner if we
  • found something severe
  • find it worthwhile
• We do not inform the owner because
  • It takes a lot of time, it could be a day job
    • investigate the issue
    • reading and understanding the required procedure
    • creating an account
    • writing and filling a decent bug report
    • replying to any returned response and give the appropriate follow up
    • sometimes it is needed to communicate about not being understood or other unclear reasons which lead to the issue not taken serious
  • More than once our feedback is, one or more of,
    • disregard
    • ignored
    • not agreed upon
    • not appreciated
    • not understood
