Reset and Reboot

* Volume-up * Volume-down # (or do some combination of *'s and #'s while calling)

Set password
- Reset and reboot
- Goto the webinterface
- Reboot
- Wait
- Refresh the page by clicking on “Home” every minute until the home page appears indicating the reboot has finished.
- Remark: the page showing the text in the box below does not automatically refresh when the reboot is finised
Rebooting… Your snom phone will restart in a moment. Please be patient until it has started up again completely. When the familiar idle screen is again shown on the display, the phone including the web interface can be used again.
- Now you can enter het admin and user passwords
- The password can be changed in the Setup | Advanced | QoS/Security page. This is the URL: phoneIPnumber/advanced_qos_security.htm

Either you or another remote user has sent an unauthorized HTTP POST request to this phone. This request has been skipped and the authenticated session has been closed. You have to re-authenticate yourself in order to use the web interface again.

Stalls at "Calling"
following in a network failure
When calling a number “Calling” is shown in the display but there is no ringtone. After some time a message shows “Network failure”
- Check the phone settings
- Check the VoIP provider settings
- Reset the phone and start over configuring
- Check the “Log”

Voicemail
When the voicemail received from the telephone company is only noise check the codec settings. This might help: SNOM IP Phone
