DT-3
With a DT-3 tester. If you have a choice buy the usb_cable_checker. It has it own powersupply, more options and not:
Warning: The LED's are to bright. It is advised to replace the 5 SMD 1206 resistors R1 - R5 with a resistor of a value of 1k1)
