USB current and voltage meters
USB meters like this USB meter generally have a internal resistance of 0,4 Ohm. That means that the voltage drop across them at the maximum USB current of 0,5A is 0,2V. That is 4% of 5V. So there will be no problem using them since the output voltage stays within the 5% limit on which most devices work fine.
