Uploading an Arduino sketch via AtmelStudio 7 to an Arduino UNO

The Atmel STK500 is a programmer board for microcontrollers from Atmel like the ATmega328p
It can be used in conjunction with AtmelStudio 7 and with ATmelStudio 7 and Arduino sketches

This is a clone from China
So far we did not get it to work. We got an Unable to connect to tool STK500 (COM4 5?) in the Device programmng window after setting: Tools | Device Programming | Set Tool (COM5), Device (ATmega328p) and Interface (ISP) and clicking on the Apply button
