backup2l and find

star does not expand in backup2l

--o -path $HOME/.mozilla/firefox/*/crashes -prune \

should exclude the crashes folder. But it does not. When the * is replaced with hash.profilenmane it works

However 

find $HOME/.mozilla/firefox/*/crashes -path $HOME/.mozilla/firefox/*/crashes -prune

works. Although according to the find manpage the crashes folder itself should also be omitted.

So In find * works, in backup2l not
