How much to strip of of the outer plasic and the dielectric depends on the connector used\\
In our case [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERRfexK9w1E|stripping 2,5 mm outer and 2,1mm dielectric]] did not work\\

We were able to get 12 mm outer plastic screwed into the connector\\
From the backside of the connector to the stopping point of the dielectric is 20mm\\
So the length of the not stripped dielectric has to be at least 8mm. A good value is **11 mm**\\
The total length of the connector is 35mm\\
10 mm screwed in of the outer plastic makes that 25 mm outer plastic has to be stripped. **28 mm** is a good value\\
If the outer plastic does not get of easy cut it open in the axial direction\\

Move back the shielding [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjO5ERU6a78&t=140s|by impounding it]] in the direction of the outer plastic and after that moving it over the outer plastic

Make sure all threads of the inner wire come out of the connector in the front\\
You can use a vice if it is hard to screw the connector on. Do not deform the cable in the vice

You can cut the excess shielding on the back of the connector after soldering\\
Test is there are no short ciruits in the cable.
It might be an idea to use shrink tube to protect the back of the connector
