Q: Why do you not inform the owner of the website of any issue found\\
A: We did and do inform owners of websites, products, software, services a lot
  * We do inform the owner if we
    * found something severe
    * find it worthwhile
  * We do not inform the owner because
    * It takes a lot of time, it could be a day job
      * investigate the issue
      * reading and understanding the required procedure
      * creating an account
      * writing and filling a decent bug report
      * replying to any returned response and give the appropriate follow up
      * sometimes it is needed to communicate about not being understood or other unclear reasons  which lead to the issue not taken serious
    * More than once our feedback is, one or more of,
      * disregard
      * ignored
      * not agreed upon
      * not appreciated
      * not understood
